Ozark Games proudly manufactures promotional games in the United States and welcomes inquiries from distributors and customers around the world. While we do not arrange international shipping or act as an exporter of record, we are happy to support customers who choose to coordinate their own international transportation. Our goal is to provide the information needed for your freight forwarder, customs broker, or shipping carrier to successfully transport your order while allowing you to choose the shipping solution that best fits your business.
How International Shipping Works
International orders are shipped using customer-arranged transportation. Customers may coordinate shipping through:
- UPS®
- FedEx®
- DHL®
- Freight Forwarders
- Customs Brokers
- Third-party logistics providers (3PL)
- Customer-arranged freight carriers
Ozark Games will prepare your order for pickup at our manufacturing facility in Greenville, Missouri. Once your designated carrier accepts the shipment, transportation, export processing, customs clearance, duties, taxes, brokerage services, and import compliance become the responsibility of the customer or their designated shipping provider.
Customer-Supplied Shipping Labels
Customers arranging international transportation are responsible for providing:
- Shipping labels
- Commercial shipping documents
- Customs documentation
- Broker instructions
- Pickup scheduling
- Freight account information (if applicable)
Upon request, Ozark Games will apply customer-provided shipping labels and documentation to properly packaged orders before carrier pickup.
Export Documentation
Ozark Games provides factual product and manufacturing information to assist customers with customs documentation. This may include:
- Product descriptions
- Product weights
- Package dimensions
- Manufacturer information
- Country of manufacture information
- Commercial invoice support data
- Packaging information
- Shipping measurements
- Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classifications, when available
Ozark Games does not prepare export declarations, customs entries, or import documentation on behalf of customers.
Certificates of Origin
Certain international shipments may require or benefit from a Certificate of Origin or other origin-related documentation. Because customs regulations vary by country and by product, Ozark Games does not automatically issue Certificates of Origin or certify eligibility under trade agreements for every shipment. When requested, we are happy to provide available manufacturing information to assist customers or their customs broker in preparing the appropriate documentation.

Country of Origin
The country of manufacture and customs country of origin are not always determined using the same criteria. While Ozark Games manufactures and assembles products in Missouri, USA, customs country-of-origin determinations may depend upon the applicable regulations, tariff classifications, and rules of origin governing each specific product. Customers requiring country-of-origin documentation should contact us prior to shipment so that available manufacturing information can be reviewed.
Harmonized Tariff Classification
Many Ozark Games promotional products are commonly classified under:
HTS 9504.90.60.00
Games, including promotional and amusement games (classification may vary by product).
Customers are responsible for confirming the appropriate tariff classification with their customs broker or importing authority before filing customs documentation.
